Ana Sofia Martins

Model, actress, television host and blogger, Ana Sofia's exotic looks cannot go unnoticed. At the early age of 14, she was discovered by a New York model agency and later moved to New York to pursue a career in the international fashion circuit, going from regular girl to fashion world success in the blink of an eye. Along the years, she has featured in countless advertising campaigns, such as the Benetton campaign that brought her fame and which was followed by MAC and Victoria's Secret campaigns. She has done fashion editorials for Marie Claire, Glamour, Cosmo Girls and many other renowned publications, and has walked the runway for Narciso Rodriguez, Perry Ellis and Baby Phat, among other designers. Ana Sofia's friendly attitude and charisma won her the MTV Portugal's casting in 2012, becoming the channel's new VJ. In 2014 she launched her own blog, O Universo da Ana Sofia (later renamed and moved to missanasofia) and became host of the show "A Minha Vida Dava um Blog", for SIC Mulher. In the same year, she hosted the Sophia Awards, the national film awards of Portugal. Late in 2014 Ana Sofia entered the acting world with the lead role in TVI's tv-show "A Única Mulher", showing just how versatile and talented she is.
