Brian Knudson

Brian Knudson

ACTOR

Brian grew up in the Los Angeles suburbs, acting in school plays and playing soccer, tennis, paddle tennis, racquetball and running marathons. He attended California Lutheran College for two years as a Communications major, where he played on the tennis team, wrote for the school paper and acted/toured locally in children's theater. He then transferred to CSU Northridge, where he received his BA in Radio-TV-Film and acted in student films there. He interned at Valley Production Center as a lighting assistant, but acting was where his heart was. After graduating, he started a window cleaning business and began landing roles in Hollywood equity-waiver plays. After 20 years of acting in theater and indie/student films for peanuts, he finally began supplementing his income as an actor/spokesman in industrials, reenactment shows, music videos and infomercials, as well as some stand-in work and voiceover narration. He has also been a choral singer and theater producer. Recent highlights: Brian acted as the rude dad in a viral music video for the mega-hit "Rude" by Magic! He also reprises his role as the rude dad, but now as Nasri's father-in-law in the upcoming music video of Magic's latest single, "Sunday Funday." He was recently seen on DiscoveryID Channel's hit crime reenactment show, "Blood Relatives," as psychotherapist Felix Polk and will be featured in Michael Chaves' upcoming horror short, "The Maiden." Brian feels blessed to have grown up in a city that continues to provide him with such rich and diverse experiences in the creative arts...but he's now praying for rain!
