Bru Ajueyitsi

Bru Ajueyitsi, a Nigerian-American artist, moved with his parents to Washington, DC where he was raised. Both parents taught in the DCPS system, where Bru became heavily involved in sports and extra curricular activity. A busy childhood included performances at the Kennedy Center, church choir, science fair, music competitions, sports and living abroad. Needing to complete community service hours for disciplinary consequences in high-school, he was cast in his first play. Bru does not revisit acting until after college. Wielding a BS in Health Sciences from Lincoln University, he is also a graduate of the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts.
