Chanda Hartman

A graduate of The Juilliard School of Drama, Chanda was born and raised on the bayous of Louisiana in a small town called Houma. Her mother, Charlene Moore, a social worker, exposed Chanda to art at a very young age. Chanda first learned to express herself artistically through dance and music. At the age of 10, she began playing the alto saxophone.It was a hand-me-down from her brother because her mother couldn't afford to buy a new instrument. Because she was so shy, composing music and playing it on her saxophone was the only way that she could express her feelings.... until she discovered Theater.
