Chelsey Grant

Chelsey Grant is a film, commercial, and stage actor from Bloomington, MN. She began acting at the age of eleven doing musicals and eventually straight theatre. She received her BFA in Acting from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point and since graduating she has been working in film, commercial, stage, and modeling. In the summer of 2017 she played Melanie in the feature film Georgia Rock. She has worked with the French Director Jeremy Strohm on the short film The Backpack Challenge premiering June 1st, 2018. She has performed in works from classic Shakespearean plays to contemporary female ingenues in film. In 2017, Chelsey was an actor in the Minneapolis cast of the Sh*t-Faced Shakespeare company which also runs in London, Boston, Edinburgh, Austin, and Atlanta. Chelsey most recently wrote, co-produced, and acted in a short film entitled Through Me which was shot and edited in London by Robbie Deffense this January 2018. When Chelsey is not working as an actor she enjoys dancing, working with children of all abilities, improving her sign language skills, and traveling--especially to the artful United Kingdom.
