Crystal Pate

Crystal Pate was born in Nordersteadt Germany. The oldest daughter of Swiss-German Actor Benedict Freitag (younger brother of British Actor Oliver Tobias) Crystal spent her formative years in Europe being raised mainly in Tuscany, Italy, and spending most summers in Zurich Switzerland with Paternal Grandparents and renowned Stage actors Maria Becker and Robert Freitag. Crystal studied Acting and Opera(mezzo-soprano)in Florence.She moved to Texas, where her mother Deborah Barrow's home town in her early 20's, Crystal still lives in the Dallas area with husband Brent Stroessner, and returns to Europe frequently.
