Derrick Reuben

Derrick Keith Reuben was born April 7, 1989 in Staten Island, NY by father Raymond, a foreman of a salvage yard and Annie, a stay at home mom. Derrick took a theater introduction class in 2008 at the College of Staten Island which caused him to spark an interest in acting, but didn't start his career until 2015. While serving as a Sergeant in the US Army as a Combat Engineer at Fort Polk Louisiana in 2015 he found an acting theater called "Showboat Theater". In his free time he participated in his first play as a supporting character and completed 8 shows. After receiving an honorable discharge Derrick decided to go back to New York and return to college where he is currently pursuing a degree in Drama while also pursuing his passion for acting as a full-time career.
