Ella Kendall

Ella Kendall was born in Los Angeles, CA to longtime L.A. natives. Ella's mother is Cindy Kendall, director of photography, editor and commercial director, and her Uncle is William Kendall - a multi-platform storyteller, writer of television (Under the Dome), and producer of digital series (Battlestar Galactica). Her great-grandfather, Raymond Kendall, was the Dean of Music at USC for 20 years and the President of the Performing Arts Council at the Los Angeles Music Center. He passed down many stories of the great musical theater and movie composers, singers and musicians of the 1940's, with whom he shared many unforgettable experiences. Ella's Great Uncle, O.B. Johnston, worked with Walt Disney, from the early 1930's...as V.P. of Character Merchandising. He witnessed and told fantastic stories of the profound effect Walt's creations had worldwide as a hopeful, unifying factor for humanity. These stories too have been a part of what inspires Ella to tell stories that, she says, "make people realize we all feel the same things".
