Hank Cheyne aka Hank Cheyne Garcia (born August 13 in Santa Maria, Ca.) is an American actor best known for playing [[Ricardo Torres]] in the, Aaron Spelling daytime drama Sunset Beach (1997-2000). He also played the role of Scott LaSalle/Love on the NBC Soap opera[[Another World]](1986-1988) and Anton Vargas on [[Saints & Sinners (2007 TV series)Saints & Sinners.
