Igor Georgievich Taradaikin studied at the Rostov State University at the Faculty of History, but decided to change the way of life, entered the VGIK. In 1980 he graduated from the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography (the course of S.A. Gerasimov). Since 1981 he has been shooting in the cinema.
