Ja'layah Washington

At age six, Ja'Layah Washington started her career in the print and fashion industry with modeling agencies Modelogic Midwest and Stellar Modeling and Talent Agency. She graced the runway of New York Fashion Week for designer Aisaboo of Canada and debuted on the pages of the international La Petite fashion magazine. After years of print work with companies like Sears, Kmart, Kohl's, Groupon and Tomy Toys; she began her Commercial/TV career with agency Big Mouth Talent. She's worked with American Girl and local Chicago commercial projects over the past year. As she develops her acting skills through management company Management by Morgan, she continues to grow her love and passion for the industry and is now represented by Coast to Coast Talent Group in Los Angeles, CA. At the young age of ten, Ja'Layah stared in her first film with production company Cailleach Productions LLC in the production entitled, HAG; produced by Chang Tseng and Ed Polgardy and directed by Brett and Drew Pierce. Ja'Layah is now 11. She enjoys musical theater and loves playing guitar, percussion, and trumpet. When she is not performing she likes to dance, play volleyball, bake and be a big sister.
