Jeffrey is a native of Pasadena, California. After graduating from the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, he moved to New York City where he studied with famed acting teacher William Esper. While in New York, Jeffrey co-founded the IMUA Theater Company and appeared in several off-Broadway productions including Julius Caesar, The Dumb Waiter, Beyond Therapy and The Interrogation. Since moving back to Los Angeles, Jeffrey has worked steadily in both film and television. Television credits include guest-starring roles on Without a Trace, Desperate Housewives (recurring), The Wedding Bells, Vanished, Scrubs, ER, Courting Alex, Miss Match, The Practice (recurring), One on One, and Felicity. Film credits include the independent features Pedestrian and Rhinoskin. In addition to his screen work, Jeffrey has appeared in numerous stage productions in Los Angeles, most recently John Patrick Shanley's Beggars in the House of Plenty and the dreamer examines his pillow.
