Jeremy Moller

ACTOR

Born in the formerly booming logging town of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Jeremy is the middle of three children. Some would argue Middle Child Syndrome is not actually a clinical disorder. They would be wrong. At the age of one, he informed the family that there was a better opportunity to be had in Kalispell, Montana. His big break and professional acting debut came in kindergarten when he was cast as the lead in a classroom skit of Peter Rabbit. Maestra Beatrix Potter's words need no help, but they came alive in a way that defies explanation. To this day, many think his debut was his finest work, and it has been all downhill since. Jeremy studied business at the University of Washington in Seattle and acted very poorly in some school and local theatre productions. At university he discovered his second love--dance. Although he once described the male dance belt as the "modern day Iron Maiden", his fire for expression through movement could not be doused. He performed as an unofficial background dancer for many local acts and led the league in shirtless speaker dancing. Moving to Hollywood in 1996, he studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, the Groundlings Theatre and en las calles. At the suggestion of his original agent he got in to stand-up comedy, first performing at the Comedy Store on Sunset Boulevard. Again, this debut may have been his finest work, fueled by an opening number to Gloria Estefan's "Ever Lasting Love". In addition to Comedy Store shows, he has played at the Laugh Factory, The Improv, The Ice House, token cracker comedian at the Comedy Union, Ha Ha Cafe and others. At The Improv he was a member of a sketch and improv troupe, often finding himself deservedly typecast in game show host/weatherman/car salesman roles. He took part in a national Comedy Central stand up competition at The Improv coming in roughly 17th out of 2,000+. The camera operator mysteriously 'left the lens cap on" the camera during his performance, thus rivaling only the Zapruder Film in American cinematic notoriety.
