Full back who made more than 400 professional appearances for several teams, including Manchester United. He became manager of a number of teams after retirement. He played youth soccer at Home Farm. He managed the Blackburn Rovers in 1970-1971. He grew up in Dublin, Ireland. Outside-left Harry McShane was his teammate on Manchester United.
