José Maria Norton

Jose-Maria Norton was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. The youngest of six kids, he is from Portuguese, Argentinean and Polish-Jewish descent, Throughout high school and early college, Norton acted in commercials, TV series and films, with a brief stint as a part-time TV reporter. In 2005, Jose-Maria decided to move to New York for his senior year of college at NYIT, and started working in the advertising industry as an assistant editor soon after graduating. After years of editing commercials and music videos, Norton is directing his own projects, which range from music videos and branded content to short films.
