Kim Serafin's career has spanned TV, Radio, entertainment, politics and even musical theatre. She appears regularly on a variety of TV shows and networks to talk about the latest in entertainment and pop culture news. Kim has been seen on a variety of networks (CNN, HLN, FOX News, FOX Business) and shows ranging from The O'Reilly Factor and Hardball to Chelsea Lately and The Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious, discussing everything from pop culture to politics. She has appeared on The Tonight Show, Politically Incorrect, American Candidate on Showtime, and was the host of Sleep Like a President, a travel show for the Fine Living Network. She hosted the WireImage Entertainment Report, a daily wrap-up of everything Hollywood and has been on the red carpet on live Countdown shows at the Oscars, Emmys, Grammys and Golden Globes for TV Guide Network. For close to four years, Kim hosted and produced her own weekly radio show on KABC - the ABC affiliate in Southern California - in which pop culture, entertainment and interviews with top Hollywood insiders were just as likely to be topics as were current events, politics and human interest stories. She has also been a contributor to ABC's Lifestyle Stations on Slacker. Kim began her career working as a Deputy Press Secretary for Mayor Rudy Giuliani in his Mayoral administration while attending NYU as an Honors student where she did everything from helping to organize Yankees World Series tickertape parades and coordinating Mayoral press conferences to handling the Mayor's appearances on everything from The Late Show with David Letterman to local and national news programs. Kim was also the Press Secretary for NYC 2000, New York City's official Millennium Committee, where she was the spokesperson for all official millennium events in New York. She worked on Mayor Giuliani's NY State Senate campaign and also for Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan in his Mayoral administration and then on his CA gubernatorial campaign. She has appeared in national TV commercials as well as many musical theatre productions including "Oklahoma!" and "City of Angels" at theatres including Candlewood Playhouse (CT), Gateway Playhouse (NY) and Tri-State Center for the Arts (NY). Kim is also a published writer, having authored a children's book on the California Missions, and, being a longtime vegetarian and animal welfare advocate herself, a book for teens entitled "Everything You Need to Know About Being a Vegetarian." She has written opinion pieces for publications including the New York Post and Cosmopolitan. Kim grew up on Long Island and lives with her dog Derek - a rescued Pekingese - in Los Angeles.
