Kimberly Green

Kimberly Green was born in Seoul, Korea to a Korean mother and Puerto Rican father who left before she was born. When Kimberly was two years old her mother married an American soldier in the Air Force. The nature of his career kept the family moving from Seoul, Korea to Austin, Texas, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Yokota Air Force Base and Misawa Air Force Base in Japan. Finally settling in her step-father's hometown Sellersburg, Indiana, where she was raised by her aunt and uncle. Kimberly proved to be a well rounded performer and a natural athlete in high school. Performing in classics such as Arsenic and Old Lace, Singing in the Rain, and The Nutcracker, while also excelling in track and field, volleyball, and basketball. Shocking the team her senior year she hung up her basketball jersey and tried out for the cheerleading team, was appointed Co-Captain and made All- American. She was scouted to play volleyball at Thomas Moore College in Kentucky but decided instead to attend Indiana University, where she made the dance team, trained at the Jacob's School of Music- Ballet Program, became a dance instructor for Universal Dance Association, and was appointed captain her senior year.
