Liz Days

Liz Days is a New Haven transplant and long-term New Yorker with an unexplained and sometimes frightening amount of natural energy. A comedic actor who knows drama but seeks out joy, Liz is a graduate of William Esper Studio's Meisner Acting program and has performed stand-up comedy at clubs and dark basements throughout NYC, most recently reaching the Semi-Finals of StandupNY's Comedy Fest.
