Maila Damian

The youngest daughter, Maila, and her older sister, spent the first few years of their childhood living in Manila, Philippines. Maila attended all private schools from elementary to college, including an all-girl high school. She attended University of St. Thomas where she graduated with a BA in Communication Arts. She has received numerous awards including Best Actress. Her early bouts with entertainment greatly influenced her desire to excel in everything. The determined girl participated in a dizzying array of extracurricular activities, holding positions of president. A natural performer, Maila earned a handful of academic, dance competition awards and beauty pageant title. Her rank as 1st Lieutenant was a sign of her courage. Her dream has taken her on a journey, she moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1998. She worked for various TV stations, performed and taught dances for all ages. However, Maila abandoned her idea of a career in Texas and wanted more challenges. Choosing to wholeheartedly devote her time to a career in entertainment, Maila moved to Hollywood, California to focus on acting, where she found numerous work in entertainment business. Elated to no end, these positions has given her the opportunity to share one of her talents...Acting! She appreciates being part of an exciting atmosphere that emphasizes successful development of the individual, the persona, and ultimately, the actress. According to her, you have to go after your dream with everything you've got no matter how much it takes. The business is very tough but she never gives up and believes that her dream is a journey that is possible to achieve. Aside from being a great actress, she is also a producer, writer and TV Host/Reporter. She is very focused, works really hard and sticks with it!
