Marcello Cacioppo

Marcello (named after Italian actor Marcello Mastroianni) is the youngest of five children. His parents, Assunta Cacioppo a house wife and Carmelo Cacioppo an auto mechanic immigrated from Agrigento, Sicily between the years of 1947-1966. Marcello's hometown is Toronto, Canada. Growing up in an Italian household was were it all really began for him as a performer. The colorful characters in his large Italian family opened up his imagination often leading him to imitate the accents and facial expressions from everyone in his family to the neighbors in his very Italian neighborhood. It was then the door to the world of the arts opened up for him.
