By the time Rebecca Cardon reached her eighth birthday, she could do twenty pull-ups. Nine years later, you'd find her setting a world record in the bench press, only to see her Dad follow suit later that year. With feats like that, it is no surprise that Rebecca relocated to Los Angeles after college and is a television personality, personal trainer and spin teacher.
