Rikus Strauss

After completing high school in 2014, he started his studies at the Performing Arts Lifestyle Institute. During his time there he participated in multiple stage productions as well as many film projects. In 2015 he starred as the lead "Eric" in the Musical "Once Upon A Song" and was also the sound designer for the theater production "Kos en Liefde op Wiele" In 2016 he made a cameo performance in the Afrikaans film "Jou Romeo" and portrayed the role of "Sebastian" in the theater production "Dalk", as well as portraying the role of Stuart in the play "Who Needs Therapy" In 2017 he performed in two short plays, as Henry in "#OneBulletOnePolititian" and "The Captain" in "Yo Ho" that both performed at the Bang Bang Festival which placed second and third respectively, which then allowed them to be performed again at the Finery Arts Festival. He also completed my studies at the Performing Arts Institute securing my Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts. He also played the role of "Bobby" in the play "Plekke" and managed to secure himself the role as "Tjattas" in 7de Laan.
