However, hip hop music was his first taste as an entertainer. As a rapper he went by the handle M.C. Blaze. Outgrowing the name, but still a blazing spirit, he then called himself Brotha Blaze. Since then he has held many occupations including but not limited to, Exotic Dancer, Corrections Officer, and Cargo Technician. Such a diversified life experience endowed him with many stories to tell and many ways to tell them. He threw himself into the craft and never looked back. Not only is his personality and vision compelling to see onstage and screen, but his pen creates as well. Mr. Murray authored his first book Memoirs of a Neophyte in Oct. 2012. A work that discusses approaching the spiritual path realistically and practically. If it's one thing that he's proven and endeavors to prove to audiences is that you can reinvent yourself and create the life you wish, no matter what you've been through. The self-proclaimed busiest man is show business invites you enjoy his projects. If by chance you happen to meet the man, there's no need to be so formal. He doesn't mind if you call him Rob. Yet if you consider him a brother, Brotha Blaze will do just fine.
