Roy Coulter

Roy was born in Landstuhl, Germany to parents Roy Gene Coulter and Doris Heidemarie Ingeborg Waske. His father was serving overseas with the Air Force when he met his mother during his tour of duty. He primarily grew up all over the United States while his father continued to serve until his retirement in 1983. Roy was an active child, always participating in team sports and activities such as the Drama Club. He earned his Eagle Scout Award in 1982 while attending three different high schools before settling down and graduating high school in 1984 from Rossville, Georgia. While in high school, Roy was also involved with Air Force JROTC program which he served as Cadet Commander during his senior year.
