Selva Rasalingam

Appears in new series 'Cursed' for Netflix, and on Netflix USA plays Jesus in 'The Gospel of John' and the three other Gospels, Matthew, Mark and Luke. Appeared in 'Versailles', many BBC television dramas including 'Luther' and 'Doctor Who' and on the London stage at Shakespeare's Globe and recently in 'An Adventure' at the Bush Theatre. Played leading roles in 'Guantanamo: Honor Bound to Defend Freedom' in the West End, the award-winning 'The Riots' (Tricycle), 'Disgraced' (English Theatre Frankfurt) and toured the US and UK with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Appeared in numerous BBC Radio dramas and other productions including having voiced trailers for CNN and commercials. Born in Tottenham in London and trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
