Sharon Oliphant

Sharon Oliphant was born in St. Louis, Missouri. Her family moved to a farm in Rising Fawn, Ga when she was 8 months old. She is the sixth of nine children. Seven of the children, including Sharon, were born at home. Growing up her mother opened several health food stores to support the family. Her mother home-schooled the children on location of her businesses. Teaching them math on the cash register and reading with herbal and nutrition books. She has attributed the skill set of her and her siblings to her mother for spending so many years teaching them the value of hard-work. Her parents divorced when she was 13. From an early age she expressed an interest in dance and acting. Instead her mother encouraged piano and voice lessons. She is proficient in both and has performed for weddings and coffee shops.
