Steve Jovanovic

Radisa "Steve" Jovanovic, 1955-1984, (born Novica Zivkovic), Serbian model and screen actor. He was born in Leskovac, Serbia. In his early 20s, Steve moves from Yugoslavia to Paris, France. Steve Jovanovic appeared alongside Jean-Paul Belmondo in "Le Professionnel" (1981), directed by Georges Lautner. It was his first, and last motion picture role. Actor's short career and turbulent life ended on March 11th, 1984, when (according to French media) Steve was shot by police while trying to help his best friend escape from the prison.
