Tai L. Nicholas

ACTRESS

Originally born in the small town of La Place, LA, Tai's interest in acting began when she was accepted into NOCCA (New Orleans Creative Center for Arts) during her junior year of High School. She quickly fell in love with both her teachers and the craft. Later, Tai went on to study Theatre at Loyola University in New Orleans and the University of Louisiana in Lafayette. She finished her studies and earned her B. F. A degree in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Performance at Dillard University (New Orleans) in 2016. After being spotted by a local agent in an acting class who instantly began submitting her for big projects, the beginning of her career was off to a great start. This gained her a lot of exposure and allowed her to get her feet wet. Since then, Tai landed her first role in a TV Pilot Presentation as the lead actress directed by the Clyde Jones, who is known as the 'Soul Glo' guy in Coming to America. This project, which screened in Hollywood earlier this year at the Indie Night Film Festival, was a perfect opportunity for her to work alongside more seasoned actors such as Steven Williams of the new series Ambitions on Own Network. Immediately after this amazing opportunity, Tai landed a supporting role in a film entitled "A Life To Choose" (2019) , which is soon to premiere in a select theater in Louisiana preceding the film's release on DVD later this year.
