Telman Guzhevsky - internationally acclaimed opera tenor and actor, pupil of one of the greatest tenors of the 20th century - Maestro Carlo Bergonzi. Performer of leading roles such as Rodolfo in La Boheme (G. Puccini), Alfredo in La Traviata (G. Verdi),Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni (W.A. Mozart), Ruggiero in La Rondine (G, Puccini), Duca in Rigoletto (G. Verdi) and other major lyric tenor roles as well as contemporary opera works - Bramble (Our Mani In Havana), Dion (The Invader). Telman's voice can cover a wide range of styles from opera to Latin styles, cross-over and contemporary music. The soundtrack with his voice by Dario Marianelli in the recent film Anna Karenina by Joe Wright was nominated for Oscar Award and received Ivor Novello award of 2013. At the World Championship of Performing Arts 2015 in Los Angeles he was made a recipient of 7 Medals: Gold (Opera), Silver (Latin,Vocal), Bronze (Classical Acting, Broadway Vocal, Contemporary) as well as Special Judges' Award. Telman completed Postgraduate Diploma studies on scholarships from Trinity College of Music and Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, UK. Telman debuted in the role of Rodolfo in La Boheme by Giacomo Puccini at the Royal Albert Hall, London and at the Anghiari festival in 2006, Italy, Tuscany. Known in Europe as classical and classical cross-over performer, Telman is frequently invited to participate in television shows and to judge voice competitions.Fluency in 6 languages allows for the coverage of wide repertoire and appeal to different audiences around the world.
