Tina Hardwell was raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia in the community of Smoke Rise. She attended Smoke Rise Elementary School and Greater Atlanta Christian School. She was discovered by calling in voices from Rossi's Ice Cream Parlour to radio host, Shadow B Cruz on The Great 108, WPFM. Within days, program director, Jeff Davis offered her a weekend gig. She spent the next decade on the airwaves in Florida, Alabama and Louisiana as radio personality, veejay, music director and television host, "Chazrin Blake".
