Tishuan Scott

Tishuan Scott was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, October 27, 1979 to his mother Angela Scott and father Calvin Johnson. His dreams of becoming an actor were something far-fetched for a young boy growing up in the Copper Road neighborhood of his home town. But three high school teachers: Carol Hicks (English), Judy Polhemus (Fine Arts) and Ruth Rath (Drama) would change the trajectory of his ambitions in ways he never could have imagined. At his alma mater, Captain Shreve High School, Tishuan would begin his pursuit and passion of acting on stage. He would later go on to win the Louisiana High School State Championship in Dramatic Interpretation leading him to have faith and belief that acting is something he should pursue.
