Victor Mandrillo

Victor was born in Venice California and raised in the San Fernando Valley just outside of Hollywood. He served for 27 years in the United States Air Force throughout the world. He retired from active military service in 1999 and was hired by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in Washington DC. He retired from Department of Homeland Security in 2012 as the Procurement Officer for the Transportation Security Administratioin at Raleigh Durham International Airport.
