Violet Hicks

Violet has enjoyed being on stage or in front of a camera since she was very little. Her family called her a "walking cartoon character." She started in theatre and dance and then found her way into commercials, television and film after watching her older sister Scarlett help pave the way for her. She's originally from Columbus, Ohio where she had local success in commercials and print and in Chicago on episodes of Chicago Fire and Empire as well as the Lyric Opera of Chicago. She performed in several professional theatre productions including twice as Gretl in The Sound of Music and Little Cosette from Les Mis. Her family moved to California after both of her siblings Scarlett and Kannon were having success in acting too and to get back to their father's home state. She also loves music and plays the guitar, fiddle and sings with her siblings as well as performing on Sundays at her local church. She can usually be found outside playing with friends or hanging on the monkey bars.
