Emily Shipley

Emily Shipley began her acting career in 1996 in San Jose California delighting audiences with her rendition of small Alice in the play Alice in Wonderland. She went on to play the lead role of Annie in the play Annie at the ripe old age of seven and continued to delight audiences in the role six more times from the Bay Area to Fresno. Upon moving to the Valley, Emily found herself a manager and Agent and has been performing in movies and on television for the last two years. She has also performed in several theater companies thought out California. when she discovered the charms of the Playhouse MPC and the wonderful programs that they offer. She has been pleased to perform the roles of the evil Miss Hannigan in Annie Jr., and Sandy in Grease. Most recently she stared as Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ for Playhouse MPC. She is looking forward to devoting more time to TV and Movies in the very near future. Emily is currently homed schooled which frees up her time to hone her craft.
