James Koons

James is an actor and musician born in Washington DC. who spent time living in the UK before moving back to Md. In 1990, after 2 years of community college James became a DC Police Officer. Assigned to DC's 5th District, he walked a foot-beat the first year before being selected to work a plain clothes prostitution detail with 5D's Tactical Unit. He was then assigned to scout cars and eventually permanently assigned to the Wagon.
